It was a pleasure meeting with you and your staff at your showroom. I wasn’t quite sure what hardwood had been selected previously in my home and I wanted to match and lace in the new hardwood; your staff, when presented with my dilemma, graciously assisted in matching and sourcing the original hardwood for a perfect match. The scheduling was seamless, no delays or rebooking. Tile is out, floor looks wonderful, crew was great, no mess was left behind.
